I’m running around the backwoods of rural Asia (India, Nepal, Cambodia and Japan) in search of human connection and formidable obstacles.
I’m exploring dark places and dabbling in the region’s spiritual beliefs, superstitions, unconventional cuisine, and whatever else springs up at me - weaving it all together with exceptional storytelling.
Remember: The Close Friends cycle ends on the 15th and 30th of each month. You will be added to the upcoming cycle if you join between the 12th – 15th, and the 25th – 30th.
Note: In the event of changes to travel plans, refunds will not be issued, but credit for future content/season will be provided.

How long is the viewing period for each subscription?
Each cycle in the Close Friends has a two-week viewing period. There are two cycles per month: Cycle 1 runs from the 1st to the 15th of the month. Cycle 2 runs from the 16th to the 30th. You have access to the content until the cycle you’re subscribed to ends.
Can I join Close Friends at any time?
Absolutely! You can join the Close Friends circle at any time. After you have been added, you’ll have access to the current cycle and past seasons of The Popi Show.
Is there a limit to the number of cycles I can participate in?
There is no limit to the number of cycles you can participate in. You are welcome to join and experience as many cycles as you wish.
